Hello, I’m Emma.
If you’re going through a divorce or breakup — whether you’re at the start, in the thick of it, or dealing with the aftermath — you might be feeling lost, hurt, or simply unsure what to do next.
I’ve been there myself, and I understand just how disorientating it can be. The emotional upheaval, the uncertainty, and the sheer overwhelm can make it hard to see a way forward.
That’s where I come in.
Drawing on my own experience, alongside my work as a trained coach and counsellor, I help people make sense of what’s happening and support them through the practical and emotional challenges that come with separation. My role isn’t to give legal or financial advice, but I do understand how those systems work — and how easily people can get swept up in conflict or confusion.
I’ll work with you to steady the ground beneath your feet, think clearly, and regain a sense of control. Whether you're trying to make a decision, struggling to cope day to day, or wondering how on earth you’ll rebuild — I’m here to help.
You can move forward. You can feel calm again. You can build something new.
If you’d like to have a chat, I offer a free 30-minute discovery call — no pressure, just a chance to talk things through and see if I’m the right fit for you.
(And if you don’t hear back from me, do check your junk or spam folder — emails sometimes hide there.)
Book nowWhat Is Divorce and Breakup Coaching?
Divorce coaching might be a new concept to some — but if you're facing the emotional and practical chaos of a breakup, it could be one of the most valuable steps you take.
My sessions are tailored to you — whether you’re right at the beginning, stuck somewhere in the middle, or trying to make sense of life after it’s all over. This isn’t one-size-fits-all advice; it’s support that meets you where you are.
In our sessions, I’ll help you:
While I can’t wave a magic wand to make everything disappear, I can help you stop spinning your wheels, find some steadiness, and deal with the confusion, anger, fear or sadness that often shows up during a breakup.
As someone who’s both professionally trained and personally experienced divorce, I bring empathy, clarity and a calm, no-judgement space for you to work things through. I understand how emotional this can be — but I also know it’s possible to come through it with strength and direction.
The aim? To help you move forward with more confidence and less chaos — and to support you in finding the best possible outcome for you.
I have a Certificate in Counselling, I am an Accredited Divorce Coach and a member of EMCC.
I have experience in helping those with neurodiversity.
